Our business is based on good quality and fair prices. If anything you have purchased does not come up to your expectations at any time, you may return the goods within 12 days starting from the day you have received the goods under the following conditions:- Goods must not have been washed, or used
- All products must be returned in the original package, if applicable, and the manuals etc. included
- Music and care products must be in the unopened, sealed condition they arrived in.
We'll exchange the item or refund your money minus the online calculated postal charges and if applicable, banking costs.
If you are returning goods to us you are responsible for the postal charges. Any extra postal charges that Beginnings has to pay will be deducted from the refund or the value of the exchange item. Please use a method which ensures that the delivery company will reimburse the full value of the package should they become lost or damaged in transit. We send all goods out via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only) and strongly suggest you do the same.
Before sending a return, please call and request a return authorisation. Returns or exchanges that are sent to us without a return authorisation number on the exterior of the package may be rejected.
