Reclaiming your life - Jean Jenson
Reclaiming Your Life - A Step-by-Step Guide to Using Regression Therapy to Overcome the Effects of Childhood Abuse
"A truly amazing and important book This book was sent to me by a very dear friend who had not a small part in its coming to fruition. To be honest I never would have taken this book from the shelf myself, what a gem I would have missed. When I first started reading it I found it quite easy and a comfort, later on working through it things became more emotionally difficult, one actually felt the physical pain inside, it is however a healing pain, this book opens doors into your past, it enables you to enter, see what has been going on there, tidy up so to speak, then close the door behind you and move on. I would advise anyone to stick with this book and work through it as I have done, it is a book to read and re read and it CAN truly help to change your life. This book will be my constant companion and I truly bless the day that it came into my life" Reviewer: Paula from Yorkshire, England
Jean Jenson M.S.W. is a psychotherapist with nearly thirty years of experience in the field of mental health, fifteen of them in private practice. This is her first book. When Jean Jensons book was published, she was invited by Ingeborg Bosch in Holland to do a workshop for therapists. This meeting did not pass without consequences. Jean taught Ingeborg the therapeutic techniques that formed the basis of her own adapted form of Primal therapy described in her book, which she was practicing at the time. Being very like-minded, Jean and Ingeborg soon became colleaques and an intensive association between the two emerged. |
